Glass Breakage & Adherence to Frame Vs Single Pane Glass
WinGuard® laminated products may crack if impacted, but glass pieces stay adhered to the laminate and secured in the frame. This is a benefit over single pane annealed glass, which will fracture into large pieces and will not be held in the frame after breaking.
