As a homeowner for over 40 years and having had windows replaced 3 other times at various homes Florida Storm Protection was the most professional window company that I have ever used. They came out right away and gave me an estimate. Although their quote was not the lowest I felt confident going with them after seeing other units in my building where they replaced the windows. I visited their office and *** showed me the different products available and explained how they were constructed. The windows were delivered and installed within a week of their estimated time. The installation team was always on time. They were polite and courteous but most of all they were very careful and cautious in the apartment and they cleaned up every afternoon. 5 stars is not enough for how easy and smoothly the whole process has been replacing all my windows and doors in my condo. I was so impressed with their crew who installed them. Extremely polite and knowledgeable. And they did a thorough clean up after installation. Even the city inspection was a breeze! And not to forget the office staff, they went above and beyond to make the whole process a pleasant one. Great family owned business!
